At Family Milestones, we strive to provide fast and secure shipping so you can enjoy your travel products as soon as possible.

  • Shipping within the United States: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. All U.S. shipments include a tracking number so you can monitor your package at all times.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International orders may take between 7 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on the location and the customs conditions of each country. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays. International shipments also include a tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. During special promotions or on purchases above a certain amount, we may offer free shipping to select destinations.

Return Policy

At Family Milestones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we offer easy returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage, or are incomplete.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for sending the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
